here is the most simple, delicious, easy and best dish, it's masala pasta, indian style pasta, Pasta dish is very simple, tasty and easiest dish to make, you can make pasta dish in just 25 minutes, pasta dish is  very   good dish for breakfast, 


 This Indian style pasta recipe is  super easy to make at your home, if you craving for pasta, so you can  make this pasta dish very easily and quickly, 

my favorite dish is Indian style masala pasta, and I like to cook this pasta recipe for breakfast, everyone love this pasta dish at my home, so I wanted to share this pasta dish with you, now I'm gonna share with you, my style pasta recipe step by step, it will be very easy for you,

it's very simple and easy way to make tasty pasta dish at your home anytime, 

you will need few ingredients and that is easily available in your kitchen, this is instant pasta recipe, Indian style pasta recipe is very easy and simple to make at home,you can call masala pasta recipe, so you can  make this dish at your home very easily and quickly,

INGREDIENTS 

1) 250 gm Pasta,

2) 1/2 tsp Oil,

3) 1 tsp salt,

4) 1 tsp cumin seeds,

5) 1/2 tsp chilli powder and turmeric powder,

( take a chilli powder as per your taste )

6) 2/3 Garlic cloves finely chopped 

7) Small  ginger finely chopped 

8) 2 onion finely chopped 

9) 1 small cup tomato puree 

10) some water for boil

11) 1/2 tsp Tomato sauce for Tangy taste


METHOD 


● First you need to  boil pasta in bowl, heat 4 cup water along with  ½ teaspoon  salt cook the pasta for 5 mint until  pasta become softens,

● then strain pasta and keep aside,

● now take a pan  and heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan on low flame,

● after that saute finely chopped garlic,ginger and cumin seed in oil, stir it well

● then add finely chopped onion and stir it well until onion become light Brown,

●  add 1/2 tsp  chili  powder and 1 tsp turmeric powder, salt and mix it well

 ●meanwhile  add 1/2 cup tomato puree  keep stirring until tomato puri become thickens and saucy

● then add pasta mix it well, add some water if  water dry up, cover and steam for mints,

● after add  1/2 tsp Tomato sauce and mix it  well  the sauce gets coated well,

● then turn off flame and transfer into serving bowl, 

●Now ready to serve Indian style pasta dish, 

you can garnish with some coriander leaves, it's depends on your choice and taste

Vegetable Momos Recipe l veg Moms l How To Make Delicious Veg Momos At Home

Today I'm going to share with you. veg momos recipes, momos are steamed dumplings, momos are very popular in the world. largely popular in north india, nowadays momos become a favorite street food in india. everyone love to eat momos. vegetarian momos is very healthy and tasty, momos are delicious snack food, veg momos stuffed  with mix healthy veggies  like cabbage, beans, carrots, capsicum  and these vegetables is very healthy for health, 

making veg moms is very easy and simple, you can easily make  at home, veg momos can be steamed or fried, serve with tomato sauce, tomato chutney or  red chilli sauce...

 veg momos is best  for evening snack. these veg momos is very easy to make at home, take a some time and cook this veg momos at your home and  serve with love. 





How To Make Delicious Veg Momos At Home..?

I'm going to share with you...veg momos recipe,  it's very easy and simple process to make delicious veg momos at your home..

Ingredient for dough

1 cup all purpose flour  (maida)

1/2 table spoon oil

salt (according your taste) 

1 cup water 

Ingredient for stuffing

½ cup carrots  finely chopped

½ cup french beans finely chopped

½ cup cabbage finely chopped

1 spring onions finely chopped

4-5 garlic finely chopped 

1 table spoon soya sauce 

1 table spoon black pepper


Method 

take a small bowl then 1 cup all purpose flour, ½table spoon salt and ½ table spoon oil, mix it well  then add some water to make the dough, knead to a soft dough,  

then cover the dough with cotton and keep aside for 15  minutes 

after that take a pan,  heat oil in a pan and add  1 tablespoon garlic  saute for 1 minutes on low heat   then add 2 chopped spring onions saute for 10 minutes  

now add all chopped vegetables and salt, mix it well and fry for 5 minutes then  add 1 table spoon soya sauce and black pepper, turn off heat,

 then make a small ball and roll the all dough ball into thin smaller circle,

 now start creating pleats on the top  with your fingers and thumb,

then filled 1 tsp  coconut jaggery stuffing in center,

gather all  the  pleats at the top and join them gently, 

then cover it with wet cotton, don't let them dry,

Steaming Veg Momos- 

Teak a steamer pot then add 2 cup water in a pot and heat it,


grease the  plate or bowl and place the moist cotton in plate or bowl,


place the all  veg momos and leaving gap in between of veg momos,


then place the  plate or bowl in steamer and cover it and steam it for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame, Don't Over Cook 


When veg momos becomes transparent then touch the momos and dough should not be sticky,  momos become transparent and look shiny  it's mean momos cooked very well,


 now veg momos  is ready and  serve veg momos with tomato sauce,red chilli chutney, schezwan chutney or tomato chutney

INGREDIENT


1 )  2 CUP GRAM FLOUR


2 ) 2 CUP GHEE


3) 1 CUP  SUGAR POWDER


4) 2 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER


5) 2 NUTMEG POWDER


6) RAISINS



METHOD....

FIRSTLY SIEVE GRAM FLOUR IN A BOWL AND KEEP ASIDE
 

AFTER THAT  HEAT THE 1/2 CUP GHEE IN A PAN  AND ADD THE  SIEVED BESAN ( GRAM FLOUR)  ROAST IT UNTIL THE BESAN BECOMES LIGHT BROWN

THEN TRANSFER TO A PAN AND ADD THE SUGAR POWDER , CARDAMOM POWDER , NUTMEG POWDER AND MIX IT WELL

NOW HEAT THE 1/2 GHEE IN A PAN THEN WARM GHEE ADD INTO THE BESAN MIXTURE B COZ IT HELP TO BIND WELL LADDU...

DON'T POUR ALL WARM GHEE INTO THE BESAN.. ADD THE LITTLE BY LITTLE  AND  IMMEDIATELY START TO BINDING LADDU....

IF YOU CAN'T BIND THE LADDU WELL AND THIS MIXTURE   IS DRY THEN ADD LITTLE MORE WARM  GHEE INTO THE BESAN LADDU MIXTURE AND BIND THE LADDU.... 

ALWAYS  KEEP IT IN MIND WHEN YOU NEED THEN USE IT LITTLE BY LITTLE WARM GHEE FOR BINDING LADDU... AND IMMEDIATELY START TO BIND THE LADDU....


TAKE A SMALL PORTION OF BEANS MIXTURE ROLL IT WITH YOUR PALM  AND SHAPE INTO THE  LADDU....

THEN  GARNISH IT WITH RAISINS.....TAKE RAISINS AND STICK ON THE TOP OF EACH BESAN LADDU...

INGREDIENTS

1) 2  CUP RAVA SEMOLINA

2) 1 CUP DRY COCONUT POWDER

3) 2 CUP SUGAR POWDER

4)  1/2  CUP RESINS AND CASHEW NUT

5) 1 CUP GHEE

6)  4 / 5 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER


METHODS


FIRST TAKE A HIGH BOTTOM PAN AND HEAT THE GHEE

THEN ADD THE RAVA INTO THE GHEE AND ROAST  IT UNTIL THE RAVA BECOME A CRUNCHY

THE AROMA COME OUT THEN TRANSFER TO A OTHER PAN AND KEEP ASIDE


THEN  HEAT THE  GHEE IN SAME PAN  AND ADD THE COCONUT POWDER INTO THE GHEE


THEN ROAST IT UNTIL THE COCONUT POWDER BECOME LIGHT BROWN AND CRUNCHY

THE AROMA COME OUT THEN COCONUT POWDER TRANSFER   TO A   PLATE AND  ADD  INTO THE RAVA 

THEN ADD THE SUGAR POWDER AND CARDAMOM POWDER   INTO THE RAVA AND  MIX IT WELL THIS RAVA MIXTURE KEEP ASIDE

THEN HEAT  THE 1/2 CUP OF GHEE  IN PAN AND TURN OFF THE FLAME 

THEN  HOT GHEE ADD INTO THE RAVA  MIXTURE  AND MIX IT WELL B'COZ IT HELP  TO BIND WELL..

DON'T POUR ALL GHEE IN  THIS MIXTURE...  ADD THE LITTLE GHEE AND IMMEDIATELY START BINDING  THE LADDU ...


TAKE SMALL PORTION OF MIXTURES AND ROLL IT  WITH YOUR PALM  AND SHAPE INTO THE LADDU 



IF YOU  CAN'T BIND THE LADDU WELL  AND THIS MIXTURE IS DRY THEN ADD THE LITTLE MORE HOT GHEE  AND BIND THE LADDU....WHEN YOU NEED THEN USE IT LITTLE MORE HOT GHEE FOR BINDING

WHEN  YOU PROPERLY BIND THE LADDU  AND GARNISH IT WITH  RAISINS OR CASHEW NUT....

  RAISINS OR CASHEW NUT   STICK ON THE TOP OF EACH RAVA LADDUS...

METHODS

FIRSTLY TAKE HIGH BOTTOM  PAN.. THEN  HEAT THE  GHEE IN A PAN  AND ROAST  IT TELL THE WHEAT FLOUR BECAME A BROWN..

THEN ADD THE SUGAR  , CARDAMOM POWDER   AND MIX IT WELL.. 

AFTER THAT ADD THE WATER  STIR WELL  UNTIL BECOMES THICK  AND  SOFT...

IF  MIXTURE  STICKING  INTO THE  PAN   THEN ADD THE SOME GHEE  AND  STIR IT CONSTANTLY UNTIL THE MIXTURES  START TO  LEAVE  THE  SIDES OF  PAN..

THEN  TURN  OFF  THE  FLAME  AND  GANESH IT WITH DRY FRUITS..

THE WHEAT FLOUR HALWA READY TO SERVE....
