I LOVE PANEER BHURJI...I MAKE THIS DISH  FOR BREAKFAST  I'M USING PANEER  FOR THIS DISH INSTEAD OF EGGS.... SOME PEOPLE ARE VEGETARIAN AND THESE PEOPLE DON'T LIKE  EGGS AND THEIR ARE TOTALLY AVOID EGGS BHURJI... BUT PANEER BHURJI DISH BEST FOR  VEGETARIAN PEOPLE

PANEER BHURJI RECIPE


INGREDIENTS                                       

1 ) 1 CUP PANRRE GRATED


2) 1 ONIONS CHOPPED


3) 2 TOMATOES CHOPPED


4) 2  RED CHILLI POWDER


5) 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER


6) 2 TSP SPICES POWDER ( GARAM MASALA)


7) 1 TSP CUMIN SEED


8)  1 TSP SALT


9)  2  GARLIC AND GINGER PASTE



10) CORIANDER LEAVES


11) VEGETABLES OIL


METHODS


FIRSTLY TAKE  GRATED PANEER AND KEEP ASIDE


THEN HEAT OIL IN PAN THEN ADD THE  CUMIN SEED   AND ADD THE  ONION  FRY UNTIL THE ONION BECOME BROWN


THEN ADD THE GARLIC , GINGER PASTE  AND STIR IT

THEN ADD THE  CHOPPED TOMATO AND MIX IT WELL

 THEN ADD THE SPECIES POWDER , RED CHILLI POWDER ,  TURMERIC POWDER , SALT AND MIX IT WELL AND  STIR IT AROUND THE 1- 2 MINTS


THEN ADD THE  GRATED PANEER INTO THE MASALA  AND   MIX IT WELL THEN FRY IT UNTIL THE OIL BEGINS TO SEPARATE FROM THE PANEER BHURJI 


THEN TURN OFF THE FLAME  AND GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES...


THE PANEER BHURJI READY TO SERVE..


DELICIOUS PANEER BHURJI EAT WITH BREAD OR PARATHA....
