TODAY I'M GOING TO SHARE WITH YOU.... THE TASTY EGG KABAB DISH...THIS DISH IS DIFFERENT KIND OF DISH....EVERYONE LIKE KABAB BCOZ KABAB ARE SO DELICIOUS AND MOUTHWATERING DISH...



BUT YOU HAVE TO EAT  THIS EGG KABAB BECOZ THIS  EGG KABAB BEST DISH FOR ALL EGG LOVERS... IF YOU WANT TO EAT SOMETHING DIFFERENT AND DELICIOUS  THEN MAKE THIS EGG KABAB AT YOUR HOME FOR BREAKFAST... THIS EGG KABAB SO TASTY... YOU CAN EAT AS SNACKS OR BREAKFAST... THIS EGGS KABAB BEST DISH EVER... DON'T FORGET TO EAT THIS KABAB... SOME PEOPLE MAKES EGGS OMELET FOR BREAKFAST BUT NOBODY TRY THIS DISH KABAB FOR BREAKFAST...EGGS NOT ONLY FOR OMELET...

EGG KABAB SO EASY TO MAKE AND SIMPLE DISH... AND NOW I'M GOING TO SHARING WITH YOU EGG KABAB RECIPE...


  EGGS KABAB RECIPE




INGREDIENTS



1) 1 CUP BOILING POTATOES MASH


2)  1/2 CUP BREAD CRUMBS


3) 1 TSP GARLIC  AND GINGER CRUSHED


4) 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER


5) 2 TSP SPICY  POWDER


6) 1 TSP SALT 


7) 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER


8)  1 TSP GREEN CHILLI FINLEY CHOPPED


9) 5 - 6  BOIL EGGS


10) 1 BEATEN WHITE EGG


11) CORIANDER LEAVES FINLEY CHOPPED

12) VEGETABLES OIL



METHOD


FIRSTLY BOIL THE PATATO AND EGG... THEN PEEI OUT THE SKIN  AND KEEP ASIDE...


NOW  HEAT THE OIL IN A PAN ADD THE  ONION AND SIR IT UNTIL ONION BECOME LIGHT BROWN 


THEN ADD THE GARLIC , GINGER , GREEN CHILLI  AND SIR IT AROUND 1 MINTS   THEN  ADD THE SPICY POWDER , CORIANDER POWDER ,  TURMERIC POWDER , SALT AND MIX IT WELL  


THEN ADD THE  BOILING POTATO,  MIX IT WELL AND COOK FOR 1 - 2  MINTS  THEN KEEP ASIDE.... 




AFTER THAT  TAKE A  BOIL EGGS , BEATEN WHITE  EGG  AND TAKE BREAD CRUMBS.... 


NOW TAKE A   POTATO MIXTURE  AND FLATTEN IT IN YOUR PALM THEN  PLACE THE EGG  AND COVER THE EGG IN THIS POTATO MIXTURE...


AFTER THAT DIP INTO A BEATEN WHITE EGG THEN DIP INTO A BREAD CRUMBS AND COASTED THE ALL OVER EGGS

THEN ADD THE EGGS INTO A OIL AND FRY IT UNTIL THE EGGS BECOME BROWNS


THEN TRANSFER TO A PLATE AND  GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES...


THE EGG KABAB READY TO SERVE WITH TOMATO SAUCE...
