HEALTHY METHI LADDU




**INGREDIENTS


1)  2 CUP METHI  POWDER


2) 1 CUP GRAM FLOUR


3) 2 CUP GHEE


4) 2 CUP JAGGERY



5) 1/2 CUP DINK (  EDIBLE GUM )


6) 2 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER


7) 1/2 CUP DRY FRUITS CHOPPED ( ALMOND , CASHEW NUT , RAISINS , DRY DATE)

8) 1/2 CUP HALIM (GARDEN CRESS )



**METHODS


FIRSTLY TAKE METHI AND GRIND IN A GRINDER MAKE A SMOOTH POWDER AND KEEP ASIDE

AFTER THAT HEAT THE GHEE IN A  PAN THEN ADD THE METHI FLOUR AND ROASTED UNTIL AROMA COME OUT ROASTED METHI FLOUR TRANSFER TO A PLATE   AND KEEP ASIDE

 AGAIN HEAT THE GHEE IN A SAME PAN THEN ADD THE GRAM FLOUR AND ROASTED WELL UNTIL GRAM FLOUR BECOME LIGHT BROWN,  AROMA COME OUT THEN TRANSFER TO A PLATE AND KEEP ASIDE

AFTER THAT AGAIN HEAT THE GHEE IN A SAME PAN THEN ADD THE DINK  AND FRY IT  WELL AROUND 1 - 2 MINTS THEN TRANSFER TO A PLATE THEN ADD THE HALIM IN A REMAINING GHEE AND FRY IT WELL  AROUND 1 MINTS THEN TRANSFER TO A PLATE

NOW HEAT THE  1/2 WATER IN HIGH BOTTOM PAN THEN ADD THE JAGGERY AND MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE 

THEN ADD THE METHI FLOUR , GRAM FLOUR , DRY FRUITS , HALIM, CARDAMOM POWDER , DHINK INTO A JAGGERY  AND MIX IT WELL  AND MAKE A THICK THIS LADDU MIXTURE THEN TURN OFF THE FLAME 

NOW IMMEDIATELY TAKE A SMALL PORTION OF THIS  LADDU MIXTURE IN A YOUR PALM AND ROLL IT AND SHAPE INTO A LADDU

THE HEALTHY METHI LADDU READY TO EAT....
