The tasty Leftover Roti upma Recipe..... everyone like to eat hot and fresh Roti but nobody like to eat leftover ROti then mummy's get hyper and put the Roti in the kitchen and worrying about it....what to do with this leftover Roti.?
It's so irritating thing for mothers..
So I want to say it... Don't get hyper and you can make a new dishes by using leftover roti....my mom also makes new dishes by using leftover roti....The dish name is leftover Roti upma...my mom makes really good leftover roti upma for breakfast.. you can make it... its so tasty and delicious.... so I wanna share with you this Recipe.... how to make a tasty leftover Roti upma...?
TASTY LEFTOVER ROTI UPMA
********INGREDIENTS*******
1) ROTI CRUMBS
2) 1 ONION CHOPPED
3) 2 TOMATOES CHOPPED
4) 4 GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED
5) 1 TSP SPICE POWER
6) 1 TSP TURMERIC
7) 1 TSP MUSTARD SEED
8) 50 kg PEANUTS
9) CORIANDER LEAVES
10) CURRY LEAVE
11) 1/2 TSP SUGAR
12) 1 TSP LEMON JUICE
13) VEGETABLES OIL
14) SALT
*******METHODS*******
first take a leftover Roti and make a small pieces then grind in a blender make a crumbs and keep aside....
then take a high bottom pan and heat oil in a pan and dry Roast the peanuts in a pan till they become crunchy... keep aside
Then heat the oil in a same pan add the mustard seeds let it crack then add the chopped onion , green chilli and curry leave fry it till onion become a light Brown
then add the chopped tomatoes , spice Powder and add the Roasted peanuts mix it well then add the Roti crumbs in to the masala and the little bit sugar mix it well and cover and steam the Roti upma for 5 mints
then Turn off flame... Remove the lid and sprinkle lemon juice and stir well then upma garnish with coriander Leaves...
It's Ready to eat delicious leftover Roti upma for breakfast..
