USE YOUR LEFTOVER RICE TO MAKE A TASTY MASALA BHURJI RICE
Today I'm going to share with you leftover rice receipe... everyone like to eat hot , soft and fresh Rice but nobody like to eat leftover rice.. so I'm always trying to make a creative Dishes by using leftover Rice...bcoz we Don't want to throw away our leftover food.. everyone has problem.. what to do with leftover rice...? So I want to say.. don't waste your leftover rice and just make a new dishes by using leftover rice... if you have leftover rice.. then make a delicious and tasty masala bhurji rice... leftover rice converts in to the masala Bhurji Rice..I never waste my leftover rice when I have leftover rice then I make a masala bhurji rice... Its so delicious and tasty dish..you can make it easily in your home... simple ingredients you need to make this dish...
I wana share with you.. my favorite leftover Rice recipe.. and this is breakfast Recipe..
THE MASALA BHURJI RICE
*INGREDIENTS FOR BHURJI RICE*
1) 3 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
2) 1 TSP TURMERIC POWER
3) 3 TSP SPICE POWER
4) 1 TSP CORIANDER POWER
5) 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
6) 3 ONIONS THE FINE CHOPPED
7) 2 TOMATOES CHOPPED
8) 1 TSP SALT
9) CORIANDER LEAVES
10) VEGETABLES OIL
11) LEFTOVER RICE
12) CURRY LEAVE
13) 2 EGGS
********METHODS*******
First Take a Rice into the bowl and break the clumps of rice with your hand then keep aside...
Take a high bottom pan and heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin let it crack
then add the onion and curry leave and fry it till the onion become a light Brown
then add the tomatoes and stir it well and add the red chilli power, Turmeric powder, spice Powder , coriander powder , salt and mix it well
then pour the eggs and scramble lightly keep cooking and Scramble on more stir eggs bhurji until the oil begins to separate from the bhurji
Then add the leftover Rice and mix it well then cover and steam the bhurji rice for 5 mints on low flame , after 5 mints Remove the lid and slowly stir it and garnish with coriander Leaves.....
The masala Bhurji Rice Ready to serve...
Its so delicious and tasty dish..make this dish for breakfast and feed your family members....
