SOYA CHUNKS MANCHURIAN DISH,  ITS SO SIMPLE TASTY AND EASIEST DISH.... IF YOU MAKE IT AT YOUR HOME THEN EVERYONE LIKE IT.. EVERYONE  APPRECIATE IT...

SOYA CHUNKS MANCHURIAN 





**INGREDIENTS FOR SOYA CHUNKS**

1) 1 CUP SOYA CHUNKS

2) I CUP WATER

3) 1/2 CUP CORN STARCH

4) 2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER

5) 1 TSP GARLIC PASTE

6) 1 TSP GINGER PASTE

7) 1/2 TSP SALT

8)  VEGETABLES OIL FOR FRY...


FIRST  METHODS

TAKE A HIGH BOTTOM PAN AND HEAT THE 2 CUP WATER IN A PAN THEN ADD THE SOYA CHUNKS INTO THE  WATER AND BOIL IT UNTIL THE SOYA CHUNKS BECOME A SOFT....

THEN SQUEEZE OUT THE EXCESS WATER FROM THE SOYA CHUNKS AND PLACE IN A BOWL.....

THEN ADD THE RED CHILLI POWDER ,  SALT ,  GARLIC , GINGER  PASTE , CORNSTARCH AND MIX IT WELL THEN KEEP ASIDE FOR 5 MINTS...

AFTER 5 MINTS HEAT THE OIL IN A SAME PAN AND ADD THE SOYA CHUNKS INTO THE OIL 

THEN FRY IT UNTIL THE SOYA CHUNKS BECOME A BROWN  AND CRISPY...

THEN REMOVE IT AND KEEP ASIDE...




**INGREDIENTS FOR MANCHURIAN**

1) 4 - 5 VEGETABLES OIL


2) 1/2 CUP CAPSICUM (CHOPPED)

3) 1/2 CUP  SPRING ONION
(CHOPPED)

4) 1 TSP GARLIC FINELY CHOPPED

5) 1 TSP GINGER FINELY CHOPPED

6) 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER

7) 2 TSP TOMATO SAUCE


8) 1 TSP SOYA SAUCE

9) 1 TSP PEPPER POWDER


10)  1/2 CUP CORNSTARCH BATTER




SECOND  METHOD



  • TAKE A 1/2 CUP WATER  IN A SMALL BOWL THEN ADD THE  CORNSTARCH FLOUR AND MIX IT WELL UNTIL BECOME SMOOTH PASTE   AND KEEP ASIDE 
  • THEN HEAT THE OIL IN A SAME PAN  AND ADD THE ONION  GARLIC , GINGER AND STIR IT UNTIL BECOME LIGHT BROWN
  • THEN ADD RED CHILLI POWDER  , CAPSICUM , TOMATO SAUCE , SOYA SAUCE , PEPPER POWDER  AND STIR IT  WELL,
  • THEN  POUR  CORN STARCH  SMOOTH PASTE IN IT  AND  STIR IT
  •  THEN COVER IT  AND  STEAM IT  AROUND  1 - 2 MINTS.... 
  •  AFTER  1- 2 MINS , REMOVE THE LID  THEN  ADD THE FRIED SOYA CHUNKS AND THE MIXTURE MIX IT WELL
  • THEN TURN OFF THE FLAME AND GARNISH WITH SPRING ONION...
  • THE SOYA CHUNKS MANCHURIAN READY TO SERVE...THE YUMMY , DELICIOUS AND MOUTHWATERING DISH...
