TODAY I'M GOING TO SHARE WITH YOU...A AMAZING  AND DELICIOUS BESAN ( GRAM FLOUR ) LADDU... THIS LADDU REALLY SO TASTY..EVERYONE LIKE IT...

EVERY MAHARASHTRIAN PEOPLE MAKE THIS LADDU AT HOME 

BESAN LADDU SO EASY TO MAKE AND EVERYONE CAN MAKE IT AT HOME ON DIWALI OCCASION



BEASN LADDU SO TASTY TO EAT AND NOW I'M GOING TO SHARE WITH YOU..HOW TO MAKE THIS BESAN LADDU AT HOME..HERE IS  BESAN LADDU RECIPE





INGREDIENT


1 )  2 CUP GRAM FLOUR


2 ) 2 CUP GHEE


3) 1 CUP  SUGAR POWDER


4) 2 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER


5) 2 NUTMEG POWDER


6) RAISINS



METHOD....

FIRSTLY SIEVE GRAM FLOUR IN A BOWL AND KEEP ASIDE
 

AFTER THAT  HEAT THE 1/2 CUP GHEE IN A PAN  AND ADD THE  SIEVED BESAN ( GRAM FLOUR)  ROAST IT UNTIL THE BESAN BECOMES LIGHT BROWN

THEN TRANSFER TO A PAN AND ADD THE SUGAR POWDER , CARDAMOM POWDER , NUTMEG POWDER AND MIX IT WELL

NOW HEAT THE 1/2 GHEE IN A PAN THEN WARM GHEE ADD INTO THE BESAN MIXTURE B COZ IT HELP TO BIND WELL LADDU...

DON'T POUR ALL WARM GHEE INTO THE BESAN.. ADD THE LITTLE BY LITTLE  AND  IMMEDIATELY START TO BINDING LADDU....

IF YOU CAN'T BIND THE LADDU WELL AND THIS MIXTURE   IS DRY THEN ADD LITTLE MORE WARM  GHEE INTO THE BESAN LADDU MIXTURE AND BIND THE LADDU.... 

ALWAYS  KEEP IT IN MIND WHEN YOU NEED THEN USE IT LITTLE BY LITTLE WARM GHEE FOR BINDING LADDU... AND IMMEDIATELY START TO BIND THE LADDU....


TAKE A SMALL PORTION OF BEANS MIXTURE ROLL IT WITH YOUR PALM  AND SHAPE INTO THE  LADDU....

THEN  GARNISH IT WITH RAISINS.....TAKE RAISINS AND STICK ON THE TOP OF EACH BESAN LADDU...

THE TASTY AND MOUTH WATERING BESAN LADDU READY TO EAT.......
