INDIAN STYLE PASTA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
1) 250 gm Pasta,
2) 1/2 tsp Oil,
3) 1 tsp salt,
4) 1 tsp cumin seeds,
5) 1/2 tsp chilli powder and turmeric powder,
( take a chilli powder as per your taste )
6) 2/3 Garlic cloves finely chopped
7) Small ginger finely chopped
8) 2 onion finely chopped
9) 1 small cup tomato puree
10) some water for boil
11) 1/2 tsp Tomato sauce for Tangy taste
METHOD
● First you need to boil pasta in bowl, heat 4 cup water along with ½ teaspoon salt cook the pasta for 5 mint until pasta become softens,
● then strain pasta and keep aside,
● now take a pan and heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan on low flame,
● after that saute finely chopped garlic,ginger and cumin seed in oil, stir it well
● then add finely chopped onion and stir it well until onion become light Brown,
● add 1/2 tsp chili powder and 1 tsp turmeric powder, salt and mix it well
●meanwhile add 1/2 cup tomato puree keep stirring until tomato puree become thickens and saucy
● then add pasta mix it well, add some water if water dry up, cover and steam for mints,
● after add 1/2 tsp Tomato sauce and mix it well the sauce gets coated well,
● then turn off flame and transfer into serving bowl,
●Now ready to serve Indian style pasta dish,
you can garnish with some coriander leaves or some grate, it's depends on your choice and taste
