METHODS
FIRST TAKE A LEFTOVER RICE INTO THE BOWL AND MASH IT WITH YOUR HAND THEN KEEP ASIDE...
AFTER THAT TAKE A HIGH BOTTOM PAN AND HEAT THE MILK IN A PAN FOR A 20 MINTS COOK IT UNTIL THE MILK COME TO BOIL AFTER 30 MINTS THIS HOT MILK REMOVE FROM THE PAN AND KEEP ASIDE....
THEN HEAT THE GHEE IN A SAME PAN AND ADD THE CUDPAHNUT , CHOPPED ALMOND , CHESTNUT , PISTACHIO AND FRY IT ON LOWER FLAME.. THE DRY FRUITS BECOME LIGHT BROWN
THEN ADD THE HOT MILK , RICE , SUGAR , CARDAMOM POWDER AND STIR IT CONSTANTLY AND COOK IT AROUND 5 - 10 MINTS
AFTER 10 MINTS LET THE KHEER COME TO BOIL THEN TURN OFF THE FLAME..
