I'M USING A LEFTOVER RICE FOR THIS DISH...BCOZ LEFTOVER RICE I DON'T WANT TO THROW AWAY... IN FACT EVERYONE HAS LEFTOVER  RICE  AND EVERYONE WORRIED ABOUT IT... WHAT  TO DO WITH  LEFTOVER RICE.... IF YOU DON'T WANT TO THROWN AWAY YOUR LEFTOVER RICE 

THEN YOU  NEED TO MAKE A NEW NEW DISHES BY USING A LEFTOVER RICE... SO YOU CAN MAKE THIS DISH IN YOUR HOME...  THIS  IS LEFTOVER RICE KHIR... I'M USING LEFTOVER RICE TO MAKE THIS KHIR... IT'S SO AMAZING , DELICIOUS AND TASTY EVERYONE LIKE IT....

INGREDIENTS

1)  500 ml MILK

2) 1 CUP SUGAR

3) 1 CUP RICE

4) 2 TSP CARDAMOM

5)  4  TSP GHEE

6)  2 TSP CUDPAHNUT

7) DRY FRUITS ( CHOPPED ALMOND , CHESTNUT , PISTACHIO )


METHODS

FIRST TAKE A LEFTOVER RICE  INTO THE  BOWL AND  MASH IT WITH YOUR HAND  THEN KEEP ASIDE...



AFTER THAT TAKE  A HIGH BOTTOM  PAN AND HEAT THE  MILK  IN A PAN FOR A 20  MINTS   COOK  IT UNTIL  THE MILK  COME TO BOIL  AFTER 30 MINTS  THIS HOT MILK REMOVE FROM  THE PAN  AND  KEEP ASIDE....

THEN HEAT THE GHEE IN  A SAME  PAN  AND  ADD THE  CUDPAHNUT , CHOPPED ALMOND , CHESTNUT , PISTACHIO AND  FRY IT ON LOWER FLAME..  THE DRY FRUITS BECOME LIGHT BROWN

THEN ADD THE  HOT  MILK  , RICE  , SUGAR  , CARDAMOM POWDER   AND  STIR IT  CONSTANTLY AND  COOK IT AROUND   5 - 10  MINTS   

AFTER 10 MINTS LET  THE KHEER  COME TO BOIL THEN TURN OFF  THE  FLAME.. 

THE LEFTOVER RICE KHEER READY TO SERVE...
