1) LEFTOVER ROTI CRUMBS
2) 1 CUP JAGGERY ( GRANTED)
3) 6 / 7 TSP GHEE
4) 10 ALMOND CHOPPED
5) 10 CHESTNUT CHOPPED
6) 2 / 3 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER
METHODS
FIRST TAKE A LEFTOVER ROTI AND ROASTS THEM BOTH THE SIDE
THEN LET IT COOL AND ( GRIND IN A GRANDER ) MAKE A CRUMBS AND KEEP ASIDE....
THEN TAKE A HIGH BOTTOM PAN AND HEAT THE GHEE IN A PAN
THEN ADD THE CRUMBS , CARDAMOM POWDER AND JAGGERY MIX IT WELL AND COOK THIS MIXTURE AROUND 10 MINTS
THEN ADD THE ALMOND , CHESTNUT AND MIX IT WELL...
AFTER THAT TURN OFF THE FLAME THEN TAKE SMALL PORTION OF THIS MIXTURE IN YOUR PALM AND SHAPE INTO THE LADDU.....
