1) 2 CUP RAVA SEMOLINA
2) 1 CUP DRY COCONUT POWDER
3) 2 CUP SUGAR POWDER
4) 1/2 CUP RESINS AND CASHEW NUT
5) 1 CUP GHEE
6) 4 / 5 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER
METHODS
FIRST TAKE A HIGH BOTTOM PAN AND HEAT THE GHEE
THEN ADD THE RAVA INTO THE GHEE AND ROAST IT UNTIL THE RAVA BECOME A CRUNCHY
THE AROMA COME OUT THEN TRANSFER TO A OTHER PAN AND KEEP ASIDE
THEN HEAT THE GHEE IN SAME PAN AND ADD THE COCONUT POWDER INTO THE GHEE
THEN ROAST IT UNTIL THE COCONUT POWDER BECOME LIGHT BROWN AND CRUNCHY
THE AROMA COME OUT THEN COCONUT POWDER TRANSFER TO A PLATE AND ADD INTO THE RAVA
THEN ADD THE SUGAR POWDER AND CARDAMOM POWDER INTO THE RAVA AND MIX IT WELL THIS RAVA MIXTURE KEEP ASIDE
THEN HEAT THE 1/2 CUP OF GHEE IN PAN AND TURN OFF THE FLAME
THEN HOT GHEE ADD INTO THE RAVA MIXTURE AND MIX IT WELL B'COZ IT HELP TO BIND WELL..
DON'T POUR ALL GHEE IN THIS MIXTURE... ADD THE LITTLE GHEE AND IMMEDIATELY START BINDING THE LADDU ...
