HERE'S RECIPES OF PANEER CHILLI
PANEER CHILLI RECIPES, FIRST FRY TO PANEER THEN PANEER ADD INTO THE GRAVY.
1) 1 CUP PANEER CUBES
2) 1 TSP RED CHILLI
3) 2 TSP PEPPER POWDER
4) 1/2 TSP SALT
5) 1/2 CUP OF WATER
6) 1/2 CUP CORN STARCH
7) VEGETABLES OIL FOR PANEER FRY...
METHODS
FIRST TAKE A 1/2 CUP OF WATER IN A BOWL THEN ADD CORN STARCH AND MAKE A THICK PASTE
THEN ADD THE RED CHILLI , PEPPER POWDER , SALT , PANEER CUPS AND MIX IT WELL AND KEEP ASIDE
THEN HEAT THE OIL IN A PAN AND ADD THE PANEER CUBES AND FRY IT UNTIL THE PANEER BECOME GOLDEN BROWN
THEN REMOVE IT AND PLACE IN A BOWL THEN PANEER KEEP ASIDE
*INGREDIENTS FOR GRAVY*
1) 1 ONION CHOPPED
2) 1 TSP GARLIC FINELY CHOPPED
3) 1 TSP GINGER FINELY CHOPPED
4) 1/2 CUP CAPSICUM CHOPPED
5) 1/2 CUP GREEN ONION CHOPPED
6) 2 TSP TOMATO SAUCE
7) 2 TSP SOYA SAUCE
8) 1 TSP PEPPER POWDER
9) 1/2 TSP SALT
10) 2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
11) 1/2 CUP CORN STARCH
12) 4 - 5 TSP VEGETABLES OIL
METHODS
FIRST TAKE A 1/2 CUP OF WATER IN A SMALL BOWL
THEN ADD THE CORN STARCH AND STIR IT WELL AND MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE AND KEEP ASIDE..
TAKE A HIGH BOTTOM PAN AND HEAT THE OIL IN A PAN THEN ADD THE ONION , GARLIC , GINGER AND FRY IT UNTIL ONION BECOME LIGHT BROWN
THEN ADD THE CAPSICUM , TOMATO SAUCE AND SOYA SAUCE, PEPPER POWDER AND STIR IT WELL
THEN POUR CORN STARCH IN IT AND MIX IT WELL THEN COVER IT AND STEAM IT FOR 5 MINTS ON LOW FLAME
AFTER 5 MINTS REMOVE THE LID AND ADD THE FRIED PANEER INTO THE GRAVY AND MIX IT WELL UNTIL THE MIXTURE COME TO A BOIL
THEN TURN OFF THE FLAME AND GARNISH WITH THE SPRING GREEN ONION..
THE PANEER CHILLI IS READY TO SERVE...
SERVE IT WITH RICE OR PARATHA....
