TODAY I'M GOING SHARE WITH YOU..

 A YUMMY CHINESE RICE.. EVERYONE  LIKES CHINESE FOOD ESPECIALLY TODAY IS GENERATION THEY ALL LOVE TO EAT CHINESE FOOD THEY ALL  EATING OUT AT RESTAURANT ..BUT  YOU CAN MAKE THIS FOOD IN YOUR HOME... CHINESE RICE  IS MOST EASIEST DISH..YOU CAN EASILY MAKE IT AT YOUR HOME...

I'M USING LEFTOVER RICE FOR THIS CHINESE RICE...BECOZ I DON'T WANT TO WASTE MY LEFTOVER RICE... SO I USED LEFTOVER RICE TO MAKE A CHINESE RICE... YOU CAN USE YOUR LEFTOVER RICE FOR THIS DISH... IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR LEFTOVER RICE....



IT'S BEST DISH FOR THOSE  PEOPLE... WHO DON'T  WANT TO WASTE THEIR LEFTOVER RICE....

 YOUR LEFTOVER RICE CONVERT INTO THE NEW NEW DISHES...

IF YOU HAVE LEFTOVER RICE THEN MAKE THIS DISH FOR BREAKFAST..


HERE IS RECIPE OF CHINESE RICE..




INGREDIENTS

1) 2 CUP LEFTOVER RICE

2) 4 / 5  TSP OIL

3) 1/2 CUP CARROT ( CHOPPED)

4) 1/2 CUP GREEN ONIONS ( CHOPPED)

5) 1/2 CUP FRENCH BEANS ( CHOPPED)

6) 1 TSP RED CHILL

7) 1 TSP GARLIC ( FINELY CHOPPED)

8) 1 TSP GINGER ( FINELY CHOPPED)

9) 2 TSP TOMATO SAUCE

10) 1 TSP SOYA SAUCE

11) 1 SLICED CHOPPED ONION 




METHODS


FIRST TAKE A RICE INTO THE BOWL AND BREAKS THE CLUMPS WITH YOUR HAND  AND KEEP ASIDE...


THEN TAKE A HIGH BOTTOM PAN AND HEAT THE OIL 


THEN ADD THE SLICES ONION AND FRY IT UNTIL THE ONION BECOME LIGHT BROWN


THEN ADD THE CHOPPED GARLIC  , GINGER  AND  STIR  AND FRY IT FOR FEW MINTS


THEN ADD CHOPPED CARROT , FRENCH BEANS , GREEN ONION AND MIX IT WELL AND STEAM IT 1 - 2 MINTS 


AFTER THAT ADD THE RED CHILLI POWDER , SOYA SAUCE , TOMATO SAUCE  AND MIX IT WELL 


THEN ADD THE RICE AND MIX IT WELL AND STEAM IT  ON LOWER  FLAME  AROUND  1  MINTS 


THEN TURN OFF THE FLAME  AND SERVE IT


THE YUMMY CHINESE RICE READY TO EAT...
