INGREDIENTS
1) 2 CUP LEFTOVER RICE
2) 4 / 5 TSP OIL
3) 1/2 CUP CARROT ( CHOPPED)
4) 1/2 CUP GREEN ONIONS ( CHOPPED)
5) 1/2 CUP FRENCH BEANS ( CHOPPED)
6) 1 TSP RED CHILL
7) 1 TSP GARLIC ( FINELY CHOPPED)
8) 1 TSP GINGER ( FINELY CHOPPED)
9) 2 TSP TOMATO SAUCE
10) 1 TSP SOYA SAUCE
11) 1 SLICED CHOPPED ONION
METHODS
FIRST TAKE A RICE INTO THE BOWL AND BREAKS THE CLUMPS WITH YOUR HAND AND KEEP ASIDE...
THEN TAKE A HIGH BOTTOM PAN AND HEAT THE OIL
THEN ADD THE SLICES ONION AND FRY IT UNTIL THE ONION BECOME LIGHT BROWN
THEN ADD THE CHOPPED GARLIC , GINGER AND STIR AND FRY IT FOR FEW MINTS
THEN ADD CHOPPED CARROT , FRENCH BEANS , GREEN ONION AND MIX IT WELL AND STEAM IT 1 - 2 MINTS
AFTER THAT ADD THE RED CHILLI POWDER , SOYA SAUCE , TOMATO SAUCE AND MIX IT WELL
THEN ADD THE RICE AND MIX IT WELL AND STEAM IT ON LOWER FLAME AROUND 1 MINTS
THEN TURN OFF THE FLAME AND SERVE IT
THE YUMMY CHINESE RICE READY TO EAT...
