INGREDIENTS


1) 2 CUP RICE

2)   2  ONION SLICED  

3) 2 TOMATOES FINELY CHOPPED

4)  5 TSP GARLIC GINGER PASTE

5 ) 2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER

6) 2 TSP SPICY POWDER

7) 1 TSP TURMERIC

8) 2 TSP SALT

9)  1  GREEN CHILLI PASTE

10) 4 / 5 CLOVES

11) 7 / 8 BLACK PEPPER

12) 2  CARDAMOM

13) 3 / 4 CINNAMON STICKS

14)  CORIANDER LEAVES FINLEY CHOPPED

15) MINTS FINELY CHOPPED

16) 1  TSP SALT

17) 1/2 CUP GHEE 

18) 4 BOIL EGG


 FIRSTLY BOIL THE EGG THEN PEEL OUT THE  SHELL  AND KEEP ASIDE

NOW HEAT THE GHEE IN A  PRESSURE COOKER THEN ADD THE  ONION AND FRY IT UNTIL ONION BECOME BROWNS

THEN ADD THE   BAY LEAF  CINNAMON , CARDAMOM , BLACK PEPPER , CLOVES AND  STIR IN IT  FOR FEW SECOND 

THEN ADD THE GARLIC GINGER PASTE  , CHILLI PASTE  , SPICY POWDER , SALT  AND  STIR IT  WELL THEN ADD THE RICE MIX IT WELL

THEN ADD THE 4 CUP OF WATER INTO THE RICE AND STIR IT WELL THEN ADD THE EGG AND COVER IT AND COOK FOR 15 MINTS  

AFTER 2 WHISTLE TURN OFF THE FLAME AND TRANSFER TO A SERVING BOWL THEN GARNISH IT WITH CORIANDER  LEAVES 

THE EGG BIRYANI READY TO EAT....
