Vegetable Momos Recipe l veg Moms l How To Make Delicious Veg Momos At Home

 Today I'm going to share with you... veg momos recipes, momos are steamed dumplings, momos are very popular in the world....largely popular in north india, nowadays momos become a favorite street food in india...everyone love to eat momos.. vegetarian momos is very healthy and tasty, momos are delicious snack food, veg momos stuffed  with mix healthy veggies  like cabbage, beans, carrots, capsicum  and these vegetables is very healthy for health, 

making veg moms is very easy and simple you can easily make  at home, veg momos can be steamed or fried, serve with tomato sauce, tomato chutney   red chilli sauce...

 veg momos is best  for evening snack... these veg momos very easy to make at home, take a some time and cook this veg momos at your home and  serve with love... 




How To Make Delicious Veg Momos At Home..?

I'm going to share with you...veg momos recipe,  it's very easy and simple process to make delicious veg momos at your home...

Ingredient for dough

1 cup all purpose flour  (maida)

1/2 table spoon oil

salt (according your taste) 

1 cup water 

Ingredient for stuffing

½ cup carrots  finely chopped

½ cup french beans finely chopped

½ cup cabbage finely chopped

1 spring onions finely chopped

4-5 garlic finely chopped 

1 table spoon soya sauce 

1 table spoon black pepper


Method 

take a small bowl then 1 cup all purpose flour, ½table spoon salt and ½ table spoon oil, mix it well  then add some water to make the dough, knead to a soft dough,  

then cover the dough with cotton and keep aside for 15  minutes 

after that take a pan,  heat oil in a pan and add  1 tablespoon garlic  saute for 1 minutes on low heat   then add 2 chopped spring onions saute for 10 minutes  

now add all chopped vegetables and salt, mix it well and fry for 5 minutes then  add 1 table spoon soya sauce and black pepper, turn off heat,

 then make a small ball and roll the all dough ball into thin smaller circle,

 now start creating pleats on the top  with your fingers and thumb,

then filled 1 tsp  coconut jaggery stuffing in center,

gather all  the  pleats at the top and join them gently, 

then cover it with wet cotton, don't let them dry,


Steaming Veg Momos- 

Teak a steamer pot then add 2 cup water in a pot and heat it,


grease the  plate or bowl and place the moist cotton in plate or bowl,


place the all  veg momos and leaving gap in between of veg momos,


then place the  plate or bowl in steamer and cover it and steam it for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame, Don't Over Cook 


When veg momos becomes transparent then touch the momos and dough should not be sticky,  momos become transparent and look shiny  it's mean momos cooked very well,


 now veg momos  is ready and  serve veg momos with tomato sauce,red chilli chutney, schezwan chutney or tomato chutney
