**INGREDIENTS**

1)  1 CUP OF  PANEER CRUMBLED

2)  1/2  CUP OF  MAWA CRUMBLED

3) 1 CUP OF  SUGAR

4) 5 TSP  GHEE 

5)  10  CHESTNUT   ( CHOPPED)

6) 10 ALMOND OR WALNUT  ( CHOPPED)  

6) 2 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER


**METHODS** 



FIRSTLY TAKE  PANEER  AND   (GRIND IN A BLENDER) MAKE A  CRUMBS  AND   KEEP ASIDE

TAKE  A  HIGH  BOTTOM  PAN AND  HEAT THE  GHEE   IN A  PAN  

THEN   ADD THE PANEER AND  MAWA   MIX IT WELL  AND STIR  IT  ON  LOW   FLAME  THIS  MIXTURE COOK  AROUND 5 MINTS
  
THEN  ADD  THE  SUGAR  AND  CARDAMOM  POWDER   MIX   IT   WELL  AND  STIR   IT CONSTANTLY 

UNTIL THE MIXTURES BECOMES  THICK AND  STOP   STICKING INTO THE   PAN MIXTURE  START  TO   LEAVE  THE     SIDES  OF  PAN. 


THEN   TURN  OFF  THE  FLAME  AND  ADD THE  CHESTNUT  INTO THE    MIXTURE   AND   MIX  IT WELL 

THEN   TAKE A  SMALL PORTION   OF THIS MIXTURE IN  YOUR  PALM   AND  SHAPE INTO  THE  LADDU...  

THEN GARNISH   IT  WITH  CHOPPED ALMOND   OR WALNUT...
