INGREDIENTS


1)  1 CUP CORN STARCH


2) 1 CUP   ALL PURPOSE FLOUR  (MAIDA)


3) 1 CUP CARROT GRATED


4) 1 CUP CABBAGE GRATED


5) 1 TSP SOYA SAUCE


6) 1 TSP TOMATO SAUCE


7) 1 TSP PEPPER POWDER


8) 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER


9) 2 TSP GARLIC AND GINGER PASTE

10) 1 TSP SALT

11) OIL



METHOD



FIRST TAKE A BOWL AND ADD THE CORNSTARCH  , MAIDA

 THEN ADD THE CABBAGE , CARROT , RED CHILLI POWDER , GARLIC , GINGER PASTE , SOYA SAUCE , TOMATO SAUCE , PEPPER POWDER  , SALT AND MIX IT WELL WITH YOUR HAND 

 MAKE A THICK AND STICKY BATTER AND KEEP ASIDE FOR 10 MINTS

AFTER THAT HEAT THE OIL IN  A PAN.. THE OIL COME TO  BOIL  

THEN TAKE A SMALL PORTION OF THIS BATTER AND ROLL IT WITH YOUR  PALM AND DROP INTO THE HOT OIL... 

FRY IT  AROUND 5 MINTS ON THE LOW FLAME  UNTIL BECOME  PAKODA CRISPY 

THEN TRANSFER TO A PLATE AND SERVES WITH TOMATO SAUCE...

BEASN LADDU SO TASTY TO EAT AND NOW I'M GOING TO SHARE WITH YOU..HOW TO MAKE THIS BESAN LADDU AT HOME..HERE IS  BESAN LADDU RECIPE





INGREDIENT


1 )  2 CUP GRAM FLOUR


2 ) 2 CUP GHEE


3) 1 CUP  SUGAR POWDER


4) 2 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER


5) 2 NUTMEG POWDER


6) RAISINS



METHOD....

FIRSTLY SIEVE GRAM FLOUR IN A BOWL AND KEEP ASIDE
 

AFTER THAT  HEAT THE 1/2 CUP GHEE IN A PAN  AND ADD THE  SIEVED BESAN ( GRAM FLOUR)  ROAST IT UNTIL THE BESAN BECOMES LIGHT BROWN

THEN TRANSFER TO A PAN AND ADD THE SUGAR POWDER , CARDAMOM POWDER , NUTMEG POWDER AND MIX IT WELL

NOW HEAT THE 1/2 GHEE IN A PAN THEN WARM GHEE ADD INTO THE BESAN MIXTURE B COZ IT HELP TO BIND WELL LADDU...

DON'T POUR ALL WARM GHEE INTO THE BESAN.. ADD THE LITTLE BY LITTLE  AND  IMMEDIATELY START TO BINDING LADDU....

IF YOU CAN'T BIND THE LADDU WELL AND THIS MIXTURE   IS DRY THEN ADD LITTLE MORE WARM  GHEE INTO THE BESAN LADDU MIXTURE AND BIND THE LADDU.... 

ALWAYS  KEEP IT IN MIND WHEN YOU NEED THEN USE IT LITTLE BY LITTLE WARM GHEE FOR BINDING LADDU... AND IMMEDIATELY START TO BIND THE LADDU....


TAKE A SMALL PORTION OF BEANS MIXTURE ROLL IT WITH YOUR PALM  AND SHAPE INTO THE  LADDU....

THEN  GARNISH IT WITH RAISINS.....TAKE RAISINS AND STICK ON THE TOP OF EACH BESAN LADDU...

1 ) 1 CUP PANRRE GRATED


2) 1 ONIONS CHOPPED


3) 2 TOMATOES CHOPPED


4) 2  RED CHILLI POWDER


5) 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER


6) 2 TSP SPICES POWDER ( GARAM MASALA)


7) 1 TSP CUMIN SEED


8)  1 TSP SALT


9)  2  GARLIC AND GINGER PASTE



10) CORIANDER LEAVES


11) VEGETABLES OIL


METHODS


FIRSTLY TAKE  GRATED PANEER AND KEEP ASIDE


THEN HEAT OIL IN PAN THEN ADD THE  CUMIN SEED   AND ADD THE  ONION  FRY UNTIL THE ONION BECOME BROWN


THEN ADD THE GARLIC , GINGER PASTE  AND STIR IT

THEN ADD THE  CHOPPED TOMATO AND MIX IT WELL

 THEN ADD THE SPECIES POWDER , RED CHILLI POWDER ,  TURMERIC POWDER , SALT AND MIX IT WELL AND  STIR IT AROUND THE 1- 2 MINTS


THEN ADD THE  GRATED PANEER INTO THE MASALA  AND   MIX IT WELL THEN FRY IT UNTIL THE OIL BEGINS TO SEPARATE FROM THE PANEER BHURJI 


THEN TURN OFF THE FLAME  AND GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES...


THE PANEER BHURJI READY TO SERVE..
