INGREDIENTS


1) 2 CUP RICE

2)   2  ONION SLICED  

3) 2 TOMATOES FINELY CHOPPED

4)  5 TSP GARLIC GINGER PASTE

5 ) 2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER

6) 2 TSP SPICY POWDER

7) 1 TSP TURMERIC

8) 2 TSP SALT

9)  1  GREEN CHILLI PASTE

10) 4 / 5 CLOVES

11) 7 / 8 BLACK PEPPER

12) 2  CARDAMOM

13) 3 / 4 CINNAMON STICKS

14)  CORIANDER LEAVES FINLEY CHOPPED

15) MINTS FINELY CHOPPED

16) 1  TSP SALT

17) 1/2 CUP GHEE 

18) 4 BOIL EGG


 FIRSTLY BOIL THE EGG THEN PEEL OUT THE  SHELL  AND KEEP ASIDE

NOW HEAT THE GHEE IN A  PRESSURE COOKER THEN ADD THE  ONION AND FRY IT UNTIL ONION BECOME BROWNS

THEN ADD THE   BAY LEAF  CINNAMON , CARDAMOM , BLACK PEPPER , CLOVES AND  STIR IN IT  FOR FEW SECOND 

THEN ADD THE GARLIC GINGER PASTE  , CHILLI PASTE  , SPICY POWDER , SALT  AND  STIR IT  WELL THEN ADD THE RICE MIX IT WELL

THEN ADD THE 4 CUP OF WATER INTO THE RICE AND STIR IT WELL THEN ADD THE EGG AND COVER IT AND COOK FOR 15 MINTS  

AFTER 2 WHISTLE TURN OFF THE FLAME AND TRANSFER TO A SERVING BOWL THEN GARNISH IT WITH CORIANDER  LEAVES

INGREDIENTS



1) 1 CUP BOILING POTATOES MASH


2)  1/2 CUP BREAD CRUMBS


3) 1 TSP GARLIC  AND GINGER CRUSHED


4) 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER


5) 2 TSP SPICY  POWDER


6) 1 TSP SALT 


7) 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER


8)  1 TSP GREEN CHILLI FINLEY CHOPPED


9) 5 - 6  BOIL EGGS


10) 1 BEATEN WHITE EGG


11) CORIANDER LEAVES FINLEY CHOPPED

12) VEGETABLES OIL



METHOD


FIRSTLY BOIL THE PATATO AND EGG... THEN PEEI OUT THE SKIN  AND KEEP ASIDE...


NOW  HEAT THE OIL IN A PAN ADD THE  ONION AND SIR IT UNTIL ONION BECOME LIGHT BROWN 


THEN ADD THE GARLIC , GINGER , GREEN CHILLI  AND SIR IT AROUND 1 MINTS   THEN  ADD THE SPICY POWDER , CORIANDER POWDER ,  TURMERIC POWDER , SALT AND MIX IT WELL  


THEN ADD THE  BOILING POTATO,  MIX IT WELL AND COOK FOR 1 - 2  MINTS  THEN KEEP ASIDE.... 




AFTER THAT  TAKE A  BOIL EGGS , BEATEN WHITE  EGG  AND TAKE BREAD CRUMBS.... 


NOW TAKE A   POTATO MIXTURE  AND FLATTEN IT IN YOUR PALM THEN  PLACE THE EGG  AND COVER THE EGG IN THIS POTATO MIXTURE...


AFTER THAT DIP INTO A BEATEN WHITE EGG THEN DIP INTO A BREAD CRUMBS AND COASTED THE ALL OVER EGGS

THEN ADD THE EGGS INTO A OIL AND FRY IT UNTIL THE EGGS BECOME BROWNS


THEN TRANSFER TO A PLATE AND  GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES...
